A two week program offering extensive socialization with the intoduction to birds, gunfire, and water.    

2 - Weeks: On & Off Lead Obedience

      with Electronic Collar Conditioning.

1 - Week Off Lead Control with Electronic Collar        Conditioning.  

1 to 2 Weeks: Field Control training with Birds, Quartering & Working within gun range. 

 "Force to Fetch" or "The Trained Retrieve" &  Formal Obedience Training , Hand Signals, Handling skills and drills for Blind Retrieves.

 Hunting Dog Training For Pointers:  Whoa Training and Steady to Wing & Shot. 

Handling skills on land and water, blind retrieves, multiple retrieves, marking skills, advanced obedience control and steadiness. 

Steady to Wing & Shot

Two weeks on-leash obedience training , two weeks off-leash hunting dog training , all basic commands. 

Private Training Sessions for you and your dog.

 If you desire and want to set some performance goals for your Hunting Retriever to achieve, we can prepare your dog for HRC & AKC hunt tests and handle your dog in Started, Seasoned, and Finished level tests.  

NOTE:  We encourage you to schedule your new puppy for our puppy training as early as possible. We understand that your dog is also a member of your family and your beloved pet, therefore, we don't want your dog to be away from home any longer than it needs to be.  Our basic hunting dog training program which includes obedience training, electronic collar conditioning, off-leash control, and upland hunting skills is just 6 weeks in duration.
